Juan Francisco hasn't been able to participate in spring drills due to lingering calf discomfort. Francisco suffered a right calf strain this offseason while playing with Tigres del Licey in the Dominican Winter League. "He's getting better," Reds manager Dusty Baker said Tuesday.
