Juan Carlos Oviedo is expected to arrive at Rays camp on Friday or Saturday. Oviedo has been stuck in the Dominican Republic due to visa issues, but he was granted clearance on Thursday and can now make travel arrangements. The right-hander still has a good shot at an Opening Day bullpen spot.
