Juan Carlos Oviedo has not yet arrived at Rays' camp due to visa issues. Fellow reliever Juan Sandoval is also stuck in the Dominican Republic because of visa problems. Oviedo has been limited to just three rehab innings over the last two seasons due to injury, so the Rays are surely hoping to get a look at him soon.
