Juan Carlos Oviedo (elbow) made a simulated relief appearance on Tuesday and reported feeling fine. Oviedo is likely to begin a minor league rehab assignment this weekend and remains on track to join the Rays' bullpen around April 15. He is over 18 months removed from Tommy John elbow surgery but got limited work this spring because of work visa problems.
