Josh Willingham is not in the Twins' lineup Sunday after being given a cortisone shot in his ailing left knee. The knee has been giving Willingham issues for a while, so the club decided it was best to give him a shot in hopes that it speeds along the recovery process. The outfielder is hoping to be back in the lineup Tuesday after Monday's off day. Oswaldo Arcia is starting in left field Sunday.
