Josh Tomlin will undergo season-ending Tommy John surgery. It concludes what has been a miserable season for the right-hander, as Tomlin put up a 6.36 ERA over 101 1/3 innings before being placed on the disabled list earlier this month. Tomlin will likely be sidelined for most of the 2013 season, as well.
