Josh Tomlin (elbow) will throw a bullpen session Thursday. Tomlin hasn't pitched in a game since August 24 and might still be a week away. The 26-year-old righty had a 4.25 ERA and 1.08 WHIP through 26 starts before developing inflammation in his right elbow late last month.
