Josh Tomlin (elbow) will likely be limited to 3-to-4 innings of work if he makes a start during Cleveland's September 24 doubleheader with the Twins. Tomlin threw a successful bullpen session on Thursday, and will throw another this weekend. If that goes well, he'll throw a simulated game, which would be his final hurdle before making a start. He's not worth keeping around in any format.
