Josh Thole (concussion) is on track to return from the disabled list Friday. Good news for the Mets. Thole will serve as the DH with Triple-A Buffalo on Wednesday and catch on Thursday before being activated. The 25-year-old backstop has been sidelined since suffering a concussion on May 7.
