Josh Reddick (knee) is hoping to begin a rehab assignment with High-A Stockton over the All-Star break. Reddick aggravated a right knee injury a week ago, but he doesn't have any structural damage and it's sounding like he might not need much more than a minimum stay on the disabled list. He'll take batting practice Monday for the first time since landing on the DL. The outfielder is batting just .229/.296/.358 with four homers over 54 games for the A's this season.
