Josh Reddick (ankle) is available off the bench Tuesday. Reddick missed his second straight start, but he's feeling better than expected and it sounds like he should be back in the lineup soon. "He's a lot better today," A's manager Bob Melvin said Tuesday. "Actually I was surprised yesterday and probably got ahead of myself a little bit about how he felt, just from how he came out of the game the other day. Then he gets here yesterday and takes batting practice and felt pretty good."
