Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Josh Palacios was recalled from Triple-A Buffalo on Monday, according to Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic. To make room for him on the roster, the Blue Jays optioned relief pitcher Kirby Snead to Triple-A.
