Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Pittsburgh Pirates. It's a bad sign that Lowe has been on the bench for the Rays in three of their last six games, all against right-handed opponents. There just isn't enough playing time to go around for the 25-year-old left-handed hitter now that Jose Siri has returned from a stay on the injured list.
