Josh Johnson (triceps) allowed six runs on eight hits and three walks over just 4 2/3 frames in a rehab start with Triple-A Buffalo Thursday. He struck out three. The rehab outing was supposed to be his last, but it's possible the Blue Jays will change their minds given the result. However, as long as Johnson feels healthy, it's a good bet that he'll return next week.
