Josh Johnson allowed one run over three innings Monday in his first minor league rehab start with High-A Dunedin. It was Johnson's first game action since April 21. He gave up three hits while striking out five and walking none. The Blue Jays want him to make at least one more rehab start, but he's on track to return in the early part of June.
