Detroit Tigers second baseman Josh Harrison (hamstring) will undergo surgery later this week that will sideline him for six to eight weeks. Harrison's 2019 season was essentially over before it even started. He's gone on the injured list twice already and was hitting .176/.219/.265 with a homer, eight RBI and four stolen bases in 136 at-bats.
