Josh Hamilton went 2-for-4 and scored a run in a rehab start with Triple-A Salt Lake City. Hamilton's rehab was delayed a bit after suffering a bone bruise last week. The outfielder is expected to play in two more rehab games with Salt Lake City over the weekend. If all goes well, Hamilton could rejoin the Angels on Tuesday for their road series with the Astros.
