Josh Hamilton was scratched from Monday's lineup with a right ankle injury. Angels manager Mike Scioscia said Hamilton's ankle locked up on him after Sunday's game. The outfielder is considered day-to-day. Mark Trumbo is playing right field in his spot Monday.
