Josh Hamilton (thumb) joined the Angels in Seattle Monday to have his left thumb re-evaluated. Hamilton has missed the last three games during his rehab assignment due to soreness in his surgically-repaired thumb. The Angels don't think it's a major setback, but they want to have the outfielder looked at just to be safe. "Hopefully we'll know more by the end of the day," manager Mike Scioscia said. "In the conversations that our medical department has had with him, he's feeling better. He just wasn't quite comfortable to get out there and play in a game."
