Josh Hamilton is not in the Rangers' lineup Wednesday due to vision/sinus issues. Hamilton was pulled from Tuesday's game in the fourth inning with the problem, and evidently he's still not feeling well enough to suit up. He's having his vision checked and should be considered day-to-day for now.
