Josh Hamilton (back) is out of the Rangers' starting lineup for the second straight day Tuesday. Hamilton hasn't played since leaving Sunday's game with back spasms. It's not a major concern, but the Rangers are playing it safe with the injury-prone outfielder. David Murphy will make the start in left field Tuesday while Craig Gentry plays center.
