Josh Donaldson went 2-for-4 with a home run in Wednesday's loss to the White Sox. Donaldson hit a solo shot off White Sox starter Andre Rienzo to give his team the lead in the fourth inning, and he singled off closer Matt Lindstrom in the ninth to put the tying run on base. Alas, neither led to an A's victory. The homer was Donaldson's ninth of the season, and the third baseman is hitting .267/.344/.491 through 40 games.
