Josh Collmenter's downward spiral continued Friday, as he gave up six runs on eight hits and a walk over just 2 1/3 innings in a loss to the Dodgers. Arizona had planned on skipping Collmenter's start this week, and it appears they should have. The unorthodox right-hander had a couple nice starts in July, but he's been mostly terrible since mid-June, allowing at least five runs in five of nine outings. He'll take a rising 3.58 ERA and 1.06 WHIP into next week's start against the Astros.
