Houston Astros starting pitcher Jose Urquidy (shoulder) threw from flat ground on Friday. The 28-year-old has been on the injured list since May 1 because of shoulder inflammation. But it appears he's moving in the right direction, considering he wasn't throwing as of Wednesday. Urquidy was 2-2 with a 5.20 ERA in 27 2/3 innings (six starts) before going down, so he's worth a stash for those with room to spare.
