Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports that the Indians are not "entirely out" on free agent outfielder Josh Willingham. Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reported earlier Tuesday afternoon that the Indians were out of the running for Willingham. Bastian isn't ready to go there quite yet, but also notes that they have yet to make an official offer and that budget constraints make it an unrealistic scenario. This would seem to give more credence to the notion that the Twins are the favorites.
