Jones (shoulder) will throw prior to Friday's game in Toronto and is expected to be in the lineup, Roch Kubatko of MASN reports. Jones will sit out for the third straight day Thursday as he continues to nurse a minor shoulder injury. An MRI earlier in the week revealed no structural damage, so the team is hoping Jones will be able to return to the field Friday. David Lough will fill in for Jones in center field Thursday.
