Jonathan Schoop went 3-for-4 with a homer and three RBI in the Orioles' 6-3 win over the Rays on Friday. We don't get the Orioles' plan to use Schoop at shortstop this year, not when Manny Machado should still be the team's future at the position. Schoop would project better at third or second even ignoring Machado's presence ahead of him. If he's needed this year, it's more likely to be at second base than anywhere else.
