Jonathan Lucroy is out of the starting lineup for Game 4 of the NLCS against the Cardinals on Thursday. George Kottaras, who caught Randy Wolf in Game 4 of the NLDS, will do so again Thursday. He'll bat eighth against right-hander Kyle Lohse.
