Jon Heyman of SI.com reports that the Nationals are currently viewed as the favorites to sign free agent left-hander C.J. Wilson. Wilson is reportedly seeking a six-year deal worth more than $100 million, and the Nationals, who, according to Heyman, are expected to be "big spenders" at the Winter Meetings, probably will be willing to give it to him. The 30-year-old is also being courted by the Angels and Marlins, and the Red Sox might get in on the bidding as well.
