Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports that the Marlins are "still trying" for C.J. Wilson and have talked to Prince Fielder, as well, even after landing Mark Buehrle. It seems awfully far-fetched, but we can't rule the Marlins out for anything at this point. It does appear that the Buehrle deal has officially knocked them out of the race for Albert Pujols, who looks headed back to St. Louis. Wilson is getting strong consideration from the Angels and seems likely to wind up there unless the Marlins continue their wild spending.
