Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com reports that the Tigers are willing to trade pitching prospect Jacob Turner in a deal for the Athletics' Gio Gonzalez. Turner is one of the better pitching prospects in the game and would be a fine centerpiece in a deal for the left-hander. As Heyman notes, the competition for Gonzalez is stiff, but the Tigers might be in the driver's seat if they're indeed willing to part with their top trade chip. The Mets, Mariners, Marlins, Reds, Red Sox, Rangers and Nationals are among the teams interested in Gonzalez.
