Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com reports that the Nationals and manager Davey Johnson have agreed on the terms of a new contract. Details of the deal are not yet known, but Heyman says the two sides are "just finalizing legal issues/paperwork." Johnson was always fully expected to return after leading the Nats to a major league-leading 98 wins. He's the favorite to win NL Manager of the Year honors next week.
