Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com reports that the Marlins have yet to discuss a long-term deal with Giancarlo Stanton. Heyman writes that Stanton isn't thinking about it yet, which makes sense as he won't be arbitration-eligible for the first time until after the 2013 season and remains under team control through 2016. The 22-year-old slugger has a .261/.344/.525 batting line, 56 home runs and an .869 OPS over his first 250 games in the majors.
