Johnson will be a part of the Indians' 60-man player pool this season.
EDGE Analysis
While he would have opened the year at Triple-A under normal circumstances, Johnson will now get to train with the best players on the roster at Progressive Field before the regular season begins. He lacks the experience of players like Tyler Naquin and Jake Bauers, but Johnson's combination of power and speed give him a higher fantasy ceiling. He hit .306/.371/.496 with nine home runs and six steals in 380 plate appearances at Triple-A in 2019.
