Johnson hasn't pitched since May 8 after being placed on the disabled list with a right groin strain. In order to make room for him on the roster, the Braves optioned Ryan Weber to Triple-A Gwinnett on Friday. During his rehab assignment, Johnson pitched three scoreless innings in three games. More importantly, he has indicated that he felt fine and everything was right on schedule.
