John Lannan left Wednesday's start against the Braves with a left knee injury. It's presumably an aggravation of the knee injury that cost him two months of action earlier this season. The Phillies will update Lannan's status after the game, but a stint on the disabled list seems likely. The Phillies have Roy Halladay and Jonathan Pettibone working their way back from injury, but they wouldn't be ready to take Lannan's next turn. Tyler Cloyd might be an option.
