John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer suspects that Tony Cingrani might take Johnny Cueto's rotation spot. Cueto suffered a triceps injury during his start Saturday night against the Pirates and will probably be out for a little while. Cingrani, 23, owns a sparkling 1.63 ERA and 11.7 K/9 in 209 2/3 career minor league innings. He'd carry good fantasy value for however long he's up.
