Johan Santana was diagnosed with a twisted right ankle Friday but isn't concerned the injury will cause him to miss any time. Santana reported soreness after the game, but doesn't expect it to affect his next start. "I still feel it a little bit, but I don't think it'll be a big deal," he said. "I'll be fine."
