Johan Santana (shoulder) will have one more outing in extended spring training before going out on a minor league rehab assignment. Santana went four-plus innings Thursday in an outing in extended spring training and added another 10 pitches in the bullpen. He reported topped out at 90 mph on his fastball, which is promising news. Santana is still a big gamble after his second major shoulder surgery, but it looks like he could be a factor for the Orioles at some point this season.
