Johan Santana (shoulder) has begun a throwing program. Santana revealed the news himself on Twitter. The details aren't available, but the left-hander says that it's "so far, so good" with his rehab. Santana, of course, missed all of 2013 after having surgery to repair a re-tear in the capsule in the front of his left shoulder. He's hoping to be ready for spring training.
