Joey Votto's sacrifice fly in the 13th inning pushed the Reds to a 3-2 win against the Padres on Sunday. Tim Stauffer couldn't survive the horrific situation he placed himself into: Bases loaded, one out, Votto batting. Stauffer inexplicably walked Jack Hannahan (.213/.317/.269) to lead off the 13th frame, and Hannahan obviously came around to score the winning run. Cincinnati only managed five hits over 13 innings, but survived a scare from the Padres thanks to a nice start from Mike Leake and six shutout innings by the bullpen.
