Joel Sherman of the New York Post reports that the Yankees are not considering handing out any more major league contracts prior to Opening Day. Some have speculated that they could go after Stephen Drew, Ervin Santana or someone else, but it doesn't sound like that will happen. The Yanks have already committed big money to Masahiro Tanaka, Jacoby Ellsbury, Brian McCann, Carlos Beltran and Hiroki Kuroda this winter, and it appears they'll only do minor league deals from now on if they sign anyone else.
