Joel Hanrahan was upbeat after undergoing successful surgery to repair a torn right flexor tendon, as well as Tommy John surgery on Thursday and is anxious to begin his rehab. Hanrahan will be in a cast for ten days, but will be ready to start the recovery process on day 11. Regardless of how quickly he begins the recovery process, he's looking at a 12-to-14 month timetable for his return. Hanrahan, who is a free agent after the season, is a long way away from having any tangible fantasy value.
