Joe Mauer (concussion) was able to again take batting practice on the field before Saturday's game. Mauer took BP before Friday's game and was able to do so again Saturday without issue. He seems to be making progress toward a return this season, but his timetable is dictated primarily by his ability to play without experiencing concussion symptoms. Still, it seems as though he'll be back at some point this year.
