Joe Kelly (hamstring) is expected to return to the Cardinals' active roster in 2-3 weeks. Kelly has made a slower-than-expected recovery from a left hamstring strain that he originally sustained on April 16 during a start at Milwaukee's Miller Park. Jaime Garcia has settled in as the Cardinals' fifth starter, so Kelly could return in a bullpen role.
