Los Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Joe Kelly (shoulder) has been activated by the team. In November, the righty had surgery to address a right shoulder cyst and is a welcome addition to a rotation that has been plagued by injuries this season. Kelly had a 1.80 ERA throughout 12 regular-season appearances in 2020. However, outside of holds and strikeouts, he doesn't offer much else.
