Jimmy Rollins finished 0-for-4 in a loss to the Nationals on Wednesday. Rollins had hit safely in 16 of 18 games entering the contest. Phillies skipper Charlie Manuel said over the weekend that a bruised foot could be affecting Rollins' stolen base numbers; the veteran has swiped nine bags while getting caught six times. He's on pace for 16 steals after failing to reach 30 just twice in his career. Rollins is hitting .263/.320/.354. We don't view him as a buy-low candidate.
