Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com reports that the Reds are interested in Marlon Byrd and Antonio Bastardo. Salisbury notes that the Reds have scouted the Phillies recently. Byrd is also drawing interest from the Mariners, though those talks have reportedly stalled and Seattle is also on Byrd's limited no-trade list. Cincinnati is not on the list. Bastardo would give the Reds a second lefty to pair with Manny Parra with Sean Marshall (shoulder) out for the season.
