Cincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker (illness) will miss his third straight game on Tuesday against Pittsburgh. Winker exited Saturday's game with an undisclosed illness, and has not appeared since as Tyler Naquin will now make his third start in left field. There is still no word on how much longer Winker may be out.
