The Cincinnati Reds placed outfielder Jesse Winker (neck) on the 10-day injured list on Thursday with a cervical strain. Cincy also reinstated starting pitcher Tyler Mahle (hamstring) from the injured list and optioned him to Triple-A Louisville. Winker last played a full game on Aug. 13.
